Our vouchers are valid for one year and cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not refund the purchase price.
Vouchers cannot be purchased with a selected visit date, this is determined by the voucher recipient at the time of booking.
From 1 June to 30 September, the Happy Dream and Happy Day packages can only be used from Sunday (arrival) to Friday (departure). Alternatively, you can buy an extra day.
For packages including dinner, please note that from 1.6. to 30.9. the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
